Milkshake recipe:To prepare your shake, add one heaped scoop (30g) of Women's Best Shape Body Shake to a shaker or blender containing 250ml (8oz) of cold milk (1.5% fat) and shake/blend for 20 seconds. For an extra refreshing touch, add some ice cubes and blend for an additional 20 seconds.
You can also mix up your shake by adding 50g of fresh or frozen fruits or vegetables.
