Biscoff Rice Krispie Bars

Ingredients:

• 70g Rice Krispies
• 1 scoop cookies and cream Fit Pro Whey Protein
• 40ml maple syrup
• 40g peanut butter melted
• 50g Biscoff melted
• 50g milk chocolate melted

For the topping:
• 70g milk chocolates melted
• 2 lotus biscuits crushed

Method:

1. Add the rice krispies, maple syrup, Biscoff spread, protein powder & melted chocolate to a bowl. Mix until well combined.

2. Transfer the mixture to a tin and press down firmly into an even layer.

3. Add more Biscoff spread over the top, then sprinkle with crushed Lotus biscuits.

4.Refrigerate until set, then slice into bars.
