How do I take it?

Recommended use:
Mix 1 rounded scoop (5g) with 400ml (14fl.oz.) of cold water in a shaker and shake well for 10 seconds. Adjust the amount of water according to taste preference.

For best results:
On training days: 1–2 scoops during your workout.
On rest days: 1–2 scoops throughout the day.

High BCAA Level (2500mg): Mix 1 scoop (5g) with 400ml (14fl.oz.) of cold water.

High BCAA Level (5000–7500mg): Mix 2–3 scoops (5g) with 800–1200ml (28-42fl.oz.) of cold water.
