I received a wrong item

If you received a wrong item, please contact us immediately with the following:

  • Your order number
  • Pictures of the wrong item, including tags, labels and the poly bag
  • Pictures of the outer packaging and the delivery slip
Make sure to keep the delivery slip, and also take pictures of the outside and inside of your package.

We will look into the cause of this mishap and find a solution for you as fast as possible.

Important: only return the wrong item, if our customer care team asks you to.
