As soon as your package has been fulfilled and shipped, the tracking information for your package will be sent to you via e-mail. Please note that the processing time for paid orders is 48 hours. The processing time is the time between when your order is placed and when your order is fulfilled by our warehouse. The processing time is to be added on top of the delivery time.

During big sales and holiday periods, the processing time is usually longer. During these busy periods, it can then take up to 10 business days for your order to be shipped. Please read the following important information regarding tracking:

It might take up to 72 hours for your tracking link to be activated. Don’t worry! Your package is on its way and the tracking link will be updated soon with more information. Please check your tracking link regularly.
We recommend adding your phone number at the checkout to receive updates directly to your phone. Should there be any issues with the delivery of your package, the carrier will use your phone number to contact you.
Please note that we do not have any influence on the local delivery process and, in case of any issues with the delivery of your package, the carrier must be contacted directly.
The estimated delivery time is in business days. Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. Please keep in mind that during Black Friday and holiday periods, carriers are facing delays internationally. Please allow a few more days for your package to be delivered.

If the estimated delivery time has passed and you still haven’t received your package, please contact our customer care team. We will gladly check on your order and will provide you with a solution.

Dispatch time

The dispatch time is how long our warehouse needs to prepare an order for shipping. Our dispatching takes 48 hours* and is to be added on top of the delivery time.

*Black Friday/Birthday Sale/Holidays:
During these busy periods, our warehouse requires up to 10 business days to ship orders.

Working days are Monday through Friday – except Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays. During Black Friday, an exception is made and orders are also being processed on Saturdays.

Please make sure, that you have added the company name to the delivery address, if the package is shipped to your workplace. We also recommend adding the floor and any other helpful information which can support fast delivery.

Package was not delivered

I was not at home when my package came
If your package couldn’t be delivered, we recommend contacting the carrier directly. This prevents your package from being returned to us, which will result in longer waiting time. The carrier will try to re-deliver your package 1-3 times after a failed attempt.

My package says delivered, but I didn’t receive anything
Please make sure to ask your neighbors, roommates or colleagues first. It might happen, that the tracking is updated as delivered, but actually has been handed over. In that case, we recommend waiting 24 hours. Please contact our customer care team if your package has still not arrived and we will do our very best to track your package. In most cases though, we are obliged to wait for the proof of signature from the carrier. This might take up to 2 weeks.

My package was returned to your warehouse
If your package couldn’t be delivered due to an invalid address or because it was not picked up during the specific timeframe given by the local carrier, you might be charged return fees. If you still wish to receive your items, please contact our customer care team.

Order confirmation

After your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation to the e-mail you have provided, when placing your order. Please check your spam folder and contact us, if you haven’t received a confirmation. You might have accidentally mistyped your e-mail-address.

Your shipping confirmation will be sent, as soon as your package leaves our warehouse. Please note, that processing times are 1-3 business days. Please go to „Shipping“ in our Help Center for further information.

Can I change my order?

Unfortunately, once an order is placed, we are unable to make any changes to it. Since we have a 1:1 system with our warehouse. This means that if you change your mind about the color, size or flavor of your order, once it has gone through, it cannot be amended.

Any unwanted items can however be returned once received. More info on returns on our Return Page.

Can I change my delivery address?

Unfortunately, once an order is placed, we cannot make any changes to it. If your address is incorrect, we recommend contacting the carrier directly, as soon as you receive a tracking link. They might be able to reschedule your delivery to a pickup location nearby. Otherwise, our customer care team will find a solution, should the tracking link show that your package is on its way back to us.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order on the checkout page within the first 15 minutes after it’s been placed. After this time, the order will be sent to our warehouse for processing, and cancellation will no longer be possible.

If you miss the cancellation window, you can still return the items once they arrive through our Returns page.

Please note that if you decline your package upon delivery, return costs will be deducted from your refund.

I received a faulty item

If you have received a faulty item, please contact us immediately with the following:

Your order number
Pictures of the faulty items, the packaging and the delivery slip
Pictures of the batch number and the best before date, if a nutrition product is faulty

Important: only return the faulty item, if our customer care team asks you to.

I received a wrong item

If you received a wrong item, please contact us immediately with the following:

Your order number
Pictures of the wrong item, including tags, labels and the poly bag
Pictures of the outer packaging and the delivery slip

Make sure to keep the delivery slip, and also take pictures of the outside and inside of your package.

We will look into the cause of this mishap and find a solution for you as fast as possible.

Important: only return the wrong item, if our customer care team asks you to.

Are there items missing in your package? Please double-check our order confirmation email first and compare it with the items that have been delivered.

Providing the best payment security and keeping your data safe is one of our top priorities. We provide the best payment security and use verified security systems for all our online shops. If your order was cancelled it is possible, that your payment method is not in line with our security standards. Please make sure to double-check your invoice and payment information and place your order once more.

Item not available
If your order was cancelled due to stock shortage on products, we will immediately inform you by e-mail. We strive to have all of our products available at all times. In the unlikely case that an ordered product is not available, we will do everything possible to find the best solution for you.

All our supplements are produced under the highest quality standards and contain the best ingredients only. But since every woman and therefore every pregnancy is unique, we recommend contacting your doctor for further information.

In general, we strongly discourage taking meal replacements and consuming products containing caffeine during pregnancy.

We don't offer any samples, since our customers are usually very happy with our supplements. If you are unsure about your choice of flavor, we recommend teaming up with a friend. This way you could go ahead and try different flavors together and share the costs.

I don‘t like the taste of my protein shake. What can I do?

Our surveys have shown that over 98% of our customers are very satisfied with the taste of their shake. If you are not quite happy, here is how you can alter the taste of your shake without adding too many extra calories:

Add some (frozen) berries (raspberries, blueberries, strawberries).
Add fresh or frozen spinach.
Try a different type of milk (low-fat milk, almond milk, coconut milk, lactose-free milk).
Add some spices (cinnamon, ginger, cardamom).
If the shake is not sweet enough, add some honey, agave syrup or stevia.
If the shake is too sweet, add more water or milk.

Discount codes are sent to you by e-mail or are given to you directly by a customer care team agent. These codes are personalized, can only be used once and only in the designated online shop.

When you apply a discount code, a certain percentage is deducted from the total value of your order. A gift card, on the other hand, functions as a payment method, which means that a certain amount is deducted from your order.

A discount code can be combined with one or multiple gift card/s. However, it is not possible to use more than one discount code for one order.

How can I use my Gift Card?
Before you start shopping, make sure you are in the correct online shop by checking the country flag in the upper right corner or at the very bottom of the page, depending on the device you are using.

Once you have filled your shopping cart with your items, you can enter your Gift Card code in the intended field on the checkout page.

We recommend copying & pasting the code directly from our email, to avoid any typos. By entering the code, you will be able to see if it is still valid. Once validated, do not go back to previous steps, continue with checkout, otherwise, your code will not be saved.

The Gift Card code can be used repeatedly until its full value is used up. It can also be combined with a discount code.

In case the code is not working, try the following:

Refresh the page
Try using a different browser or device
Empty your shopping cart
Place the order again

Can I give my Gift Card to a friend?
Yes, you are able to give your Gift Card away. However, keep in mind that the code is linked to your email address. Should there be any issues or questions with the Gift Card, our customer care team will need to be provided with the original email address.

Nutrition & Beauty Supplements
Due to health and safety regulations, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on:

Sportswear
Please make sure to take good care of the sportswear when trying them on.

Returns will only be accepted if the sportswear was tried on with underwear and is returned clean and without any tears. Don’t remove any kind of labels (washing labels, hanging tags etc.).

Finale Sale Items
Finale Sale Items cannot be returned for a refund or be exchanged.

Buy 1, Get 1 Free items (BOGO)
The free items within this promotion cannot be solely returned for a refund or be exchanged.
For the paid items within this promotion, a store credit will be given worth the item price during this promotion. Refunds are only available, if the paid and free items are returned together. Please contact our customer care team, if you should have any issues with your purchased products.

Gifts & Free products
Gifts & free products cannot be solely returned for a refund or be exchanged.

If you wish to return any paid items from an order which included a gift or a free item as part of a promotion, you need to also return all gifts/free items shown on the order confirmation in order to receive a full refund. Simply select the gifted item(s) in our return portal when registering your return.

Exceptions:

Some Women’s Best offers require you to spend a minimum amount to be eligible for gifts and free items. If the value of the paid items kept is above the minimum spending requirement of the offer, you do not have to return the gifted items.
Gifted items & free products that do not appear on the order confirmation do not need to be returned. The same applies to Gold customer gifts.

Bundles
When returning a bundle, you must return the entire bundle with all the products that were included in the purchased bundle offer. Individual items cannot be returned and refunded if they were bought as a bundle. If you return single pieces of a bundle, the return is considered incomplete and cannot be processed.

Boxes & 8/12 Packs
When returning products that you bought in a 8/12 pack or box (Smart Protein Smoothie, Smart Protein Spread, Smart Protein Bar etc.), you must return the whole pack/box, unopened. Individually packed items cannot be partially returned and will not be accepted for refund.

How do I submit a return?
Having to return something can be annoying — we know. Therefore, we have tried to make this process as easy as possible for you.

Follow the steps on our return portal.
Print out your prepaid shipping label and packing slip.
Affix the prepaid shipping label to your parcel.
Ensure that there are no other tracking labels attached to your parcel.
Drop the parcel off at an eligible drop-off location, or schedule a pickup for your package with the carrier (only available in certain countries)
Once the label is scanned by FedEx, the customs documents will get transferred automatically to FedEx customs.
Keep your return postal receipt and your tracking number until your return has been processed.

Simply go to womensbest.com/returns
Follow the steps on our return portal.
Download and print out the prepaid return label and return instructions.
Cut out the prepaid shipping label. Tape up your package, remove any older labels and barcodes, and fix our shipping label to the outside of the package. Important: Without our shipping label, your return won’t be processed.
Drop the package off at an eligible drop-off location, or schedule a pickup for your package with the carrier (only available in certain countries).
Keep your return postage receipt and your tracking number until your return has been processed.

Return Fees:
When you register a return on our return portal, you’ll have the option to receive either a refund or a gift card for your returned item(s).

If you choose a refund, the return full shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

If you choose a gift card, there will be a reduced cost for the return shipping.

Received a wrong or faulty product
If you have received a wrong/faulty item, please contact us immediately with the following:

Your order number
Pictures of the delivery slip
Pictures of the wrong/faulty item, including tags, labels and the poly bag/packaging
Pictures of the batch number and the best before date, if a nutrition product is faulty

Our Fair Use Policy: Suspicious Activity
We want to ensure a positive and fair shopping experience for all of our customers. If we detect any unusual return activity, such as excessive returns or signs of wear and return, we may temporarily deactivate your access to our return portal.

If you believe this was done in error or need to make a valid return, please contact our customer care team, and we will be happy to assist you with the next steps. Please note, we reserve the right to take legal action if the returned items do not match your original order.

If you chose to receive a refund, the return costs will be deducted from your final refund.

Your refund will be issued once your return arrives in our warehouse and has passed our quality test. Note that it can take 5-7 business days for your return to be processed, and a further 4-6 business days for your refund to show on your bank account.

Store Credit
Selecting Your Return Option

When registering your return in the portal, you’ll be asked to choose how you’d like to receive your refund:

Refund to the original payment method
The full return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
Gift card| Store Credit
You’ll receive your refund as a gift card to use on a future order. With this option, you’ll pay a reduced return shipping fee.

Store credit in the form of a Gift Card will be issued once your return arrives in our warehouse and has passed our quality test. Note that it can take 5-7 business days for your return to be processed, and a further 4-6 business days for your Gift Card code to be sent to your email address (make sure to check your spam folder).

Note:
Regardless of which option you choose, shipping fees are only refunded for cancelled orders under the Right of Withdrawal or if the whole order is returned in its original condition.

Buy Now, Pay Later
If you paid for your order with Klarna/PayPal/Clearpay/Afterpay, you are still responsible for your remaining payments. A store credit issued by Women’s Best does not cancel your installments (form of credit) with the payment provider.

The free items within this promotion cannot be solely returned for a refund or be exchanged.

How can I track the status of my return?

If you want to be able to track your return package, make sure to keep your postage receipt once you have handed over your package to the carrier. You should be able to find the tracking number printed on the receipt.

To track the status of your return:

Go to the carrier’s website
Look for the tracking section
Enter your tracking number

The latest tracking update will let you know if your package is still on its way to us or if it has already reached the warehouse (Oberding/Germany).

Please note that it can take 5-7 business days for your return package to be processed once it has reached our warehouse.

Unfortunately, exchanges are not possible. If you need a different size or colour of an item, then we kindly ask you to return your item and to place a new order.

With our Subscribe & Save option, you can now create a subscription for your favorite Women’s Best items. This way, you won’t need to keep reordering and you will also get an extra 10% off on top.

By subscribing to a product, you agree on receiving it automatically every few weeks – you decide on the delivery frequency. If you change your mind, no worries, you can cancel your subscription at any time in your Member Area.

Note: Credit cards are the only form of payment that can be used to create Subscribe & Save subscriptions. Discount codes cannot be used with subscription items.

Change flavor, quantity of items and delivery frequency of subscription

You can change the flavor or the quantity of the item you subscribed as well as the delivery schedule in your Member Area under “Subscribe & Save”.

Note: When changing the flavor, the quantity of your items or the delivery frequency, the price of your items is automatically updated by the subscription program. Depending on the current prices on our website, the price of your subscription might go up or down. We, therefore, recommend checking the prices on our website before making any changes to your subscription.

To change your subscription:

Simply go to Subscribe & Save/Active Subscriptions
Click Edit next to the subscription you would like to modify
Make the desired changes and click Save

Your subscription change will take effect on your next delivery.

Change shipping address

You will then get a confirmation email for your Women’s Best account and will be able to access your Member Area. Your subscription order should be automatically listed in the section Subscribe & Save under Active Subscriptions. If this should not be the case, please contact our customer care team.
