Refund
If you chose to receive a refund, the return costs will be deducted from your final refund.

Your refund will be issued once your return arrives in our warehouse and has passed our quality test. Note that it can take 5-7 business days for your return to be processed, and a further 4-6 business days for your refund to show on your bank account.

Store Credit
Selecting Your Return Option

When registering your return in the portal, you’ll be asked to choose how you’d like to receive your refund:

  • Refund to the original payment method
    The full return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
  • Gift card| Store Credit
    You’ll receive your refund as a gift card to use on a future order. With this option, you’ll pay a reduced return shipping fee.

Store credit in the form of a Gift Card will be issued once your return arrives in our warehouse and has passed our quality test. The Gift Card will cover the price you paid for your item(s), not the current price on our website. Note that it can take 5-7 business days for your return to be processed, and a further 4-6 business days for your Gift Card code to be sent to your email address (make sure to check your spam folder).

Note:
Regardless of which option you choose, shipping fees are only refunded for cancelled orders under the Right of Withdrawal or if the whole order is returned in its original condition.

Finale Sale Items
Finale Sale Items cannot be returned for a refund or be exchanged.

Buy Now, Pay Later
If you paid for your order with Klarna/PayPal/Clearpay/Afterpay, you are still responsible for your remaining payments. A store credit issued by Women’s Best does not cancel your installments (form of credit) with the payment provider.

Buy One, Get One
The free items within this promotion cannot be solely returned for a refund or be exchanged.
For the paid items within this promotion, a store credit will be given worth the item price during this promotion. Refunds are only available, if the paid and free items are returned together.

Gifts & Free Products
Gifts & free products cannot be solely returned for a refund or be exchanged.

If you wish to return any paid items from an order which included a gift or a free item as part of a promotion, you need to also return all gifts/free items shown on the order confirmation in order to receive a full refund. Simply select the gifted item(s) in our return portal when registering your return.

If you do not add the free item(s) to your return package, the return items will be compensated with a gift card only (store credit).

Exceptions:
  • Some Women’s Best offers require you to spend a minimum amount to be eligible for gifts and free items. If the value of the paid items kept is above the minimum spending requirement of the offer, you do not have to return the gifted items.
  • Gifted items & free products that do not appear on the order confirmation do not need to be returned. The same applies to Gold customer gifts.
